FOR U.S. MARKET PARTNERS

International products and solutions, considered commercially.

NIBO introduces selected international producers and solution providers to qualified U.S. organizations based on sector fit, commercial criteria, technical requirements, geographic coverage, and partnership objectives.

WHY WORK WITH NIBO

Relevant context before introductions.

Producer or provider background

A clearer picture of the company, product or solution proposition, capacity or delivery context, and intended U.S. market approach.

Commercial and technical context

Opportunities considered through sector fit, technical requirements, commercial criteria, and partner objectives—not consumer sales signals.

Structured discussion

A disciplined route into conversations with selected international producers and solution providers when there is a credible basis for commercial fit.

PARTNER QUALIFICATION

Context before an opportunity brief.

Qualification

NIBO reviews organization type, sector interests, technical or commercial focus, geographic coverage, credentials where relevant, and partnership criteria before advancing a discussion.

Opportunity brief

Where there is sufficient commercial fit, NIBO prepares relevant producer or provider context for qualified discussion. An inquiry is not an offer or a commitment to introduce a company. Qualified inquiries are generally reviewed within seven business days.

Two Business Models. Clear Commercial Responsibilities.

01

Commercial Representation

NIBO represents selected producers and solution providers in the U.S. market. Transactions are generally completed directly between the producer or provider and the customer, importer, or distributor. NIBO coordinates market development and commercial relationships but does not automatically take ownership of represented products or become their importer or buyer.

02

Direct International Trading

Under separate direct-trading arrangements, NIBO may purchase products from selected international suppliers and coordinate importation, inventory, distribution, and sales through appropriate commercial channels. Direct trading is being developed; responsibilities depend on the applicable commercial agreements.

Regulatory support is coordination, not legal advice, regulatory certification, or a guarantee of approval.

U.S. MARKET PARTNER INQUIRY

Request an Opportunity Brief.

Tell us about your organization, sector interests, coverage, technical requirements, and partnership criteria so NIBO can prepare the most relevant commercial context.

You may submit this inquiry in your preferred language. NIBO may use translation tools to review inquiries submitted in other languages. Follow-up communication will be conducted in English or Serbian.
