NIBO uses information submitted through its inquiry process to assess potential market-development and trade-partner discussions, respond to requests, and manage related business communications. Public forms submit through NIBO's server-side inquiry workflow and are routed only to the appropriate business-development process. NIBO does not use inquiry data to sell alcohol or for unrelated consumer marketing.
Consent and business contact use
By selecting the consent box when submitting an inquiry, you authorize NIBO to use the submitted business contact details and commercial context to evaluate and respond to that inquiry. NIBO may retain the information in its relationship-management records for follow-up and related B2B communications.
Commercial confidentiality
Commercial information should be shared only as appropriate to the stage of discussion. Where a formal confidentiality agreement is required, NIBO will address that before receiving or sharing sensitive information.
